  2. Customs Clearance: Freight forwarders are typically responsible for customs clearance. However, in some cases, the local customs office may contact you to request additional information or payment of import duties/taxes (if applicable). Please be aware that these costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  3. Pickup Requirements: Upon arrival in your country, your package will be temporarily stored at a designated location of your local freight forwarder. You (or someone you authorize) must collect your package in person at the designated location. 
  4. Notes:
    ◦ After the goods arrive at the port, we will promptly send you a notification containing the local freight forwarding point address, contact information and the documents required for collection. Please pay attention to the message and complete the collection within the specified time.The pickup location typically provides a period of free storage for your package (e.g., 3-7 days). Failure to collect your package after this period may result in storage fees or the package being returned, at your own expense. Please collect your package promptly upon receiving notification.
    ◦ If you have any questions about the self-collection process, you can contact customer service at any time. Please note that we cannot control the speed of international shipping and customs clearance, but we will do our best to assist you in communicating with the local freight forwarding company.

  5. This product does not set the freight, because each country's customs policy and anti-dumping policy is different, resulting in different freight, please take the initiative to contact us before placing an order, we will verify the relevant freight for you,direct order will not be shipped!

At the same time, store official logistics only in the form of express delivery, but such large goods through express transportation, freight will be very expensive, we stand in the customer's point of view, this is very uneconomical, so our delivery channel is not express, but freight forwarding, so the actual logistics information and store platform display does not match!
